Directly after a session, you should allow yourself time to become fully awake because you may feel so relaxed that you feel "spaced-out". It is suggested to sit for a few minutes and sip on some cool water.
Up to 15 minutes can be used to share insights, thoughts, and feelings about the session for better clarity and support.
It is common to feel an immediate improvement in your level of pain. Some clients improve slower.Your energy and clarity could increase daily, thereby further improving your over all sense of wellbeing.Because you remain in your own safe and calm environment you are encouraged to honour your body and mind's healing process and get plenty of rest for the next few days. Continue to drink plenty of water as this will assist your body to release and discard toxins, both physical and emotional.
